1. System Overview
The TCQF400LNC Diamond Wire Cutting System (for round tubes) is a high-precision CNC cutting equipment independently developed by эвирексон. It is designed for precision ring slicing of non-metallic and hard composite materials, including quartz glass, K9 glass, hard rubber, hard plastic, ceramics, stone, monocrystalline silicon, polycrystalline silicon, silicon carbide, jade, and shoe outsoles.
The machine integrates precision mechanical transmission, servo control, and self-developed CNC system. The machine base adopts Q235 structural steel with tempering and aging treatment for high rigidity and stability. The low-profile structure and fully enclosed design make it suitable for industrial mass production, offering simple operation, wide material compatibility, and stable cutting accuracy.

3. Cutting Principle & Main Functions

The machine adopts diamond wire endless reciprocating cutting technology:

6. Installation, Commissioning & Training
6.1 Installation & Commissioning
ewirexon is responsible for transportation, installation, and commissioning.
Commissioning period: ≤ 2 working days.
The customer shall provide power, water, air, and lifting equipment.

Free professional training will be provided on-site, covering:
