This Code of Conduct sets out our foundational principles, workplace standards and business ethics. It serves as an internal guideline for daily work and corporate decision-making, while publicly demonstrating our commitment to customers, suppliers, partners and the global community.

This Code applies to:

  • All employees and management personnel of ewirexon

Senior management formally endorses this Code and is fully committed to its consistent implementation, internal promotion and long-term adherence.

Accountability & Daily Implementation

Leaders at all levels are responsible for embedding this Code into team practice. They shall ensure every team member understands, follows and applies these principles in routine work, and sets a standard of integrity and discipline through personal example.

All staff are required to comply fully with this Code and report any improper conduct or violations in a timely manner. Breaches will result in internal disciplinary action, up to and including employment termination. Any conduct violating applicable laws shall be held legally accountable.

Reports regarding potential violations may be submitted confidentially; all submissions will be reviewed objectively and resolved appropriately.
